All coaching, training, nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle content on this site and delivered through our Services is provided for general fitness and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. No guaranteed results

Individual results vary and are not typical or guaranteed. Any testimonials, before/after images, or performance references reflect the experience of specific individuals and are not a promise of any outcome for you.

Physical training, athletic conditioning, and dietary changes carry inherent risks, including but not limited to injury and illness. By participating in any training, coaching, or program offered through the Services, you voluntarily assume all such risks. You are responsible for training within your own capacity and stopping if you experience pain, dizziness, or any concerning symptom.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Health Co and its representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services, including any injury, health outcome, or loss connected to training, nutrition, or supplement decisions you make. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using them.

Payment and refunds

Consultations, coaching packages, and other paid Services are subject to the specific terms, pricing, and refund policy disclosed at the time of booking or purchase. Please review those terms before completing checkout.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
